Ertori

One screen for every app and site you run

Indie developers rarely have one product. There's the app that pays the bills, two experiments, a landing page for each, a blog and a template you sell on the side. Each reports to a different console, so the honest answer to how everything is doing is usually that you'd have to check.

Ertori pulls numbers from 16 sources into one list of projects. The same product on iOS, Android and the web becomes one row, important changes rise to the top, every review and feedback message lands in one feed, and on Pro your own Claude can answer questions about all of it.

Good to know

Every tool counts visitors differently

Cloudflare has no unique visitors, Umami's visitors are sessions, and GA4 uses active users. Ertori puts them all in one Visitors column and documents which field each comes from, so sites line up without pretending the numbers are identical.

Store data runs a day or more behind

Apple publishes the previous day's sales around 8 am Pacific, and Google's report files land 3 to 7 days late. Projects with app data show the day their numbers run through, so a quiet today doesn't read as a collapse.

One metric, one source

If a site reports to GA4 and Plausible, or an app's revenue comes from RevenueCat and App Store Connect, only one of them counts for that metric. Web payments are the exception: Stripe, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy on one project add up, because they're different money.

Read-only isn't always on offer

Apple has no read-only key, so Ertori asks for its narrowest role, Sales. Vercel, Lemon Squeezy and Umami keys always have full access; Ertori only calls read endpoints with them. Every key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and deleted with its data when you disconnect.

Questions

Who is this for?
Indie developers and solo founders with several small apps and sites. It's built by one indie developer with the same problem, and it isn't a team BI tool, an ASO suite or a replacement for each vendor's own dashboard.
What does it cost?
Free for 2 projects with every source. Pro is $5 a month for unlimited projects and the Claude connector.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Disconnecting a source deletes its key and everything pulled from it. Deleting your account deletes everything.
How does the Claude connector work?
On Pro you add Ertori as a custom connector in Claude once, and it works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, the mobile apps and Claude Code. Claude can then answer questions like which app lost downloads this week from your real numbers. Claude's own Free plan allows one custom connector.
