Ertori

Every app in App Store Connect, on one screen

App Store Connect shows one app at a time. With four or five small apps you click through Sales and Trends, then App Analytics, then Ratings and Reviews for each of them, and you still have no single view of the week. The numbers also arrive on different schedules: sales the next morning Pacific time, analytics a day or two later, reviews whenever someone writes one.

Ertori reads all of it with one team API key that has the Sales role. Each app becomes a row with downloads, page views and proceeds for today, the week or the month, and the same app's Google Play listing and website join that row instead of living in another tab. New reviews from every app land in one feed you can mark read or archive.

What you get

  • Downloads: first-time downloads from Apple's daily Sales report (product types 1, 1F, 1T and F1). Updates and re-downloads are not counted. Without a vendor number, first-time downloads from the App Downloads analytics report.
  • Views and Impressions: product page views and impressions from Apple's Analytics Reports, daily from the day analytics is switched on.
  • Revenue and Proceeds: units times customer price, and units times developer proceeds, both converted to USD at the day's rate. Without a vendor number, sales and proceeds in USD from the App Store Purchases analytics report.
  • Rating: the average stars of reviews received in the period, with each written review in the feed, checked hourly.
  • Conversion per app: downloads divided by product page views.
  • iPhone, iPad and Mac App Store apps from the same team, with the last 90 days pulled on the first sync.

Good to know

The vendor number has no API

Downloads and proceeds come from Sales reports, which Apple only returns for a vendor number, and no App Store Connect endpoint tells you what it is. Copy it from Payments and Financial Reports, top left under your legal entity name. Some accounts have more than one: Apple assigns a new number after a legal entity name change and for News+ or Arcade agreements.

Page views start 1–2 days after the first request

Impressions and product page views aren't in the regular API. Apple prepares them as Analytics Reports only after someone asks once per app, and only an Admin key may ask. On the source's page you upload an Admin key once; Ertori uses it for that request, doesn't store it, and you can revoke it right after. The first files appear 1 to 2 days later, then daily. That request is the only write Ertori makes.

The .p8 file downloads once

Apple keeps no copy of the private key and shows the Download link a single time. If you lose the file, revoke the key and generate a new one. A key's name and access level can't be edited later, and a team key can't be limited to some apps.

A Sales key can't read reviews

Apple's role table keeps ratings and reviews away from the Sales and Finance roles. With such a key Ertori reads your apps' reviews from Apple's public review pages instead, country by country: the latest 500 per country, with the app version. Countries that already have reviews are checked hourly, the rest once a day.

Small apps won't match App Analytics exactly

Apple leaves out values that come from fewer than 5 users or devices and adds a little random noise to its Analytics Reports. For an app with a handful of visits a day, page views in Ertori can differ from the App Analytics screen, and some days may be missing entirely.

Questions

Is a Sales key read-only?
Apple has no read-only key. Sales is the narrowest role that reads sales and analytics reports, and Apple's role table gives it view rights only: sales, analytics and the team's user list. Ertori sends only GET requests with it. The key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, disconnecting deletes it along with everything pulled from it, and you can revoke it in App Store Connect at any time.
Can I use a Finance or Admin key instead?
Yes. Finance reads the same reports and also your financial reports, which Ertori doesn't use, so Sales is the narrower choice. An Admin key reads reviews through the API and switches analytics on by itself, but it can also change almost everything in your account, so we don't ask for one to keep.
My apps are spread over two developer accounts. Does that work?
Add each team as its own source with its own key and vendor number. One team key covers every app in that team, and apps from both accounts appear in the same project list.
Does Claude see my App Store numbers?
On Pro, yes. Add the Ertori connector in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, the mobile app or Claude Code and ask which app lost downloads this week or what the latest 1-star reviews say. Claude reads the numbers the dashboard shows; it never sees your API key.
