Ertori and the alternatives
Honest comparisons, checked against each product's own site. Some of them are the better pick for certain people; we say so.
- AppWatchAppWatch puts Google Play, the App Store, itch.io and Steam (in beta) into one dashboard with per-store tabs, historical charts, crash and ANR rates, rankings and alerts by email, Slack or Discord. It uses the stores' official APIs, needs no SDK and is priced for small studios.
- MakerPulseMakerPulse, launched on Product Hunt, pitches revenue, traffic and churn in one dashboard for indie hackers. It combines Stripe (connected through OAuth), App Store Connect and GA4 to show MRR, churn, iOS revenue and downloads and active users, and sends a weekly AI digest. Of the tools here it's the closest idea to Ertori.
- AppsteadAppstead is a native iPhone and iPad app (iOS 26 or later) that turns an App Store Connect key into a private sales dashboard: downloads, proceeds, subscriptions, MRR, trials and churn, a reviews inbox with on-device translation, widgets, digests and payday reminders. It has no server and no account, and the key stays in your Keychain.
- AppfiguresAppfigures has been around since 2009 and covers more stores than any tool here: the App Store, Google Play, Mac App Store, Amazon, Windows, Steam and more, plus Stripe, Firebase, ad networks and ad spend. It adds ASO keyword tracking, competitor data, a unified reviews report with replies and translation, and its own MCP server, CLI and agent toolkit.
- DataboxDatabox is a general KPI dashboard platform with 108 one-click integrations, including GA4, Search Console, Stripe, PayPal, Google Play, HubSpot, Shopify, ad networks, SQL warehouses and Sheets. It has mature dashboards, an AI analyst called Genie, and its own MCP server on the Analyst plan and up.
