All your Fathom sites, next to everything else you run
Fathom is easy to read for one site. A portfolio of small sites means clicking through each dashboard, and Fathom has no idea which site belongs to which app or how many of those visits turned into sales.
Ertori reads every site with one read-only token and places each one in its project, beside downloads, payments and feedback. It refreshes once an hour on purpose, for the billing reason below.
What you get
- Visitors: Fathom visits (unique site visits).
- Views: pageviews.
- Sessions: visits.
- Every site the token can read with Read only (all sites).
- One aggregation request per site per hourly refresh.
- History since March 2021; the first sync pulls 90 days.

Good to know
API requests count as page views
Fathom counts every API request toward your monthly page views. Polling every few minutes across ten sites would show up on the invoice, which is why Ertori refreshes hourly with one request per site.
Copy the token right away
Fathom shows a new API token once. Set its permissions to Read only (all sites) when you create it.
The API starts in March 2021
Fathom's API returns data from March 2021 onward. Anything older stays in Fathom's own dashboard.
Questions
- How much does this add to my Fathom usage?
- One request per site per hour. With five sites that's about 3,600 extra page views a month on your Fathom usage, which is small next to real traffic for most plans, but it is counted.
- Can the token change anything?
- No. With Read only (all sites) it can read stats but can't create sites or change settings. It's stored encrypted and removed when you disconnect.
- A site is in Fathom and Cloudflare. Which wins?
- Fathom. The order for web traffic is GA4, Plausible, Fathom, Umami, PostHog, Vercel, Cloudflare, and only the first connected tool counts for a given site.
- Does Claude get my Fathom numbers?
- On Pro, your Claude can read daily visits and page views for each Fathom site and compare periods, for example the week before and after a launch post.
