The service
Ertori shows data from services you connect — app stores, analytics, payment processors, feedback tools — in one dashboard, flags notable changes, and lets your own Claude read that data if you connect it. We read; we don't change anything in your connected services, except one request per app asking Apple to prepare analytics reports when you switch App Store analytics on.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
Connecting services
Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to access, and use keys with the least access the setup instructions describe. You're responsible for complying with the terms of the services you connect. You can disconnect a service at any time; that deletes its stored key and data.
Numbers come from the connected services and can differ from their own dashboards because of time zones, processing delays, sampling or privacy thresholds on their side. Don't rely on them as financial or tax records.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to access data you're not entitled to, to probe or overload it or the connected services, to resell it, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payments
The Free plan includes 2 projects. Pro costs $5 per month (plus tax where applicable) and renews automatically until you cancel.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Changes and availability
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, and connected services may change or limit their APIs. We may change features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and get a pro-rated refund.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on the data shown, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where they must.
