First payment
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, no questions asked.
Renewals
You can cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing. We don't refund partial periods after the first 14 days, except where the law requires it or a change on our side materially reduced what you paid for.
How to ask
Write to hello@ertori.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, processes the refund to the original payment method.
