Every new store review for every app, in one place
Reviews are the quickest sign that a release broke something, and they're split across two consoles and every app you have. App Store Connect lists them per app; Play Console does the same. Five apps on two stores is ten places to check after each release.
Ertori collects them in one feed, newest first, labelled by project, store, country and stars. You mark each review new, read or archived, and any 1 or 2 star review from the last three days also appears in important changes on the main screen.
What you get
- App Store reviews for every app in the team, checked hourly, with title, text, stars, country and nickname.
- Google Play reviews with text, including the app version and the reviewer's language: the full history from Google's monthly review files, a few days late, or hourly with the optional Reply to reviews permission.
- Feedback from D1 tables and your sites' Feedback button in the same list.
- Filters by project, status and star rating, plus search.
- The average Rating per project for the period, next to downloads and revenue.

Good to know
Google Play reviews land a few days late
Google's reviews API covers only the last week and needs a permission that also allows replying, so Ertori reads the monthly review files instead: every review back to launch, 3 to 7 days after it was written. Star-only ratings without text aren't in the feed.
App Store reviews may carry no version
Apple's API doesn't say which app version a review was written for. With a Sales key Ertori reads Apple's public review pages, which do include it. Google Play reviews include the version too.
A Sales key reads reviews from Apple's public pages
Apple doesn't let the Sales or Finance role read ratings and reviews through its API. Ertori then reads Apple's public review pages for every country your apps have ratings in: the latest 500 per country. Countries that already have reviews are checked hourly, the rest once a day.
Questions
- Can I reply to reviews from Ertori?
- No. Ertori is read-only on purpose and never posts replies. Answer in App Store Connect or Play Console.
- How are reviews matched to projects?
- Each review belongs to the app it was written for, and each app belongs to a project. When the iOS and Android versions of a product share a project, their reviews show under one name.
- How soon does a new review show up?
- Within about an hour for the App Store. Google Play reviews arrive with Google's report files 3 to 7 days later, or within an hour if you granted Reply to reviews. A 1 or 2 star review also stays in important changes for three days.
- Can Claude go through my reviews?
- On Pro, ask your Claude for this week's bad reviews, everything that mentions crashes, or a summary per app. It can filter by project, status, stars and a search word.
