Ertori

Feedback from your sites, in the same inbox as your app reviews

Feedback about a website usually ends up in an email folder or a form tool's dashboard, while feedback about the app sits in App Store Connect and Play Console. For a product with both an app and a site, half the complaints land somewhere you don't look.

Ertori gives each project a site key. Paste a two-line snippet to get a Feedback button, or point your own form or a form tool's webhook at the address shown, and messages arrive in the same feed as store reviews, under the right project.

Connect Site feedback free

What you get

  • A Feedback button in a script of about 2 KB, with no cookies and no tracking.
  • An optional email field for people who want a reply, plus the page they wrote from.
  • A webhook address for Tally, Formspree, Canny, Featurebase or a plain HTML form.
  • Messages show up as soon as they're sent.
  • New, read and archive, like every other item in the feed.

Good to know

It starts empty

There's nothing to backfill: the feed holds messages from the moment you add the snippet or webhook. Export older submissions from your form tool if you need them.

The site key is public by design

The key sits in your page's HTML, so all it allows is sending feedback to that project. It reads nothing and gives Ertori no access to your site.

Label and position are attributes

The button reads data-label and data-position from its script tag, so you can rename it or move it to the left side without touching any other code.

Questions

Does the widget slow my site down or set cookies?
It's one small script that adds a button and sends a message only when someone clicks Send. It sets no cookies and doesn't track visitors.
Can I keep my existing form?
Yes. Point the form's action, or a Tally, Formspree, Canny or Featurebase webhook, at the address shown for your project.
Is site feedback part of the free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers 2 projects with every source, site feedback included. Pro at $5 a month removes the project limit and adds the Claude connector.
Can Claude summarise what people asked for?
On Pro, your Claude reads site feedback together with store reviews and can group this month's requests by project.
