Feedback from your own D1 table, in the same feed as store reviews
A lot of indie apps send in-app feedback to a tiny Worker that writes it into a D1 table. It's cheap and private, and then nobody reads it, because reading means opening the Cloudflare dashboard and running a query by hand.
Give Ertori the Cloudflare token, the database and the table name. It finds the text, time, rating and version columns on its own, reads new rows every 15 minutes, and puts them in the same feed as App Store and Google Play reviews, where you mark them read or archive them.
What you get
- Every row already in the table, including everything written before you connected.
- Text, time, rating and app version detected from common column names such as message, created_at, stars and app_version, with manual overrides for text and time.
- New rows every 15 minutes.
- New, read and archived status kept in Ertori; your table is never changed.
- Rows attached to the project you choose, next to that app's store reviews.
Good to know
The Web Analytics token already covers it
The pre-filled Cloudflare token includes D1: Read. If you connected Cloudflare Web Analytics with it, reuse the same token here.
Only SELECT is sent
Cloudflare's docs don't spell out that a D1 Read token rejects writes, so Ertori also refuses to run anything but read statements on its side.
Odd column names need a hint
Detection looks for names like text, message, body or feedback for the text, and created_at or timestamp for the time. If yours are called something else, fill in the text and time column fields.
Questions
- Will it ever write to my database?
- No. Only SELECT statements are sent, and status changes such as read or archived are stored in Ertori, not in your table.
- Which project does the feedback belong to?
- The one you pick when you connect. The feed shows each row under that project's name, alongside its App Store and Google Play reviews.
- I log feedback for two apps in two tables.
- Add one source per table. Each can feed a different project, so the two apps' feedback stays apart.
- Can Claude search this feedback?
- On Pro, your Claude can search it together with your store reviews, for example to list everything that mentions sync from the last month.
