Ertori

Every Lemon Squeezy store next to the product it sells

Lemon Squeezy lets one account run several stores, which suits an indie with a template shop, a plugin and a small SaaS. Its dashboard still shows one store at a time, and its API has no stats endpoint, so even a quick MRR check across stores is manual work.

Ertori reads orders, renewal invoices and subscriptions from every store, adds them up per day in USD, and places each store in the project whose site shares its domain.

What you get

  • Revenue: orders plus subscription renewal invoices, using Lemon Squeezy's USD totals.
  • Refunds: refunded amounts in USD on the day of the refund; recent orders are re-read so late refunds are caught.
  • MRR: the sum of each customer's MRR as Lemon Squeezy reports it.
  • Subscriptions: subscriptions that are active or past due.
  • New customers: customers whose first order was that day.
  • One entry per store, refreshed every 30 minutes.

Good to know

There's no read-only key

Lemon Squeezy API keys have full access and there's no OAuth. Ertori only sends GET requests and stores the key encrypted. You can revoke it in Settings, API whenever you like.

Keys expire after a year

Every Lemon Squeezy key stops working a year after it's created. When that happens the source stops updating until you paste a new key.

Turn Test mode off first

Keys belong to the mode they were created in. Switch Test mode off before you create the key, or the dashboard will show test orders instead of real ones.

MRR starts on the day you connect

Lemon Squeezy has no historical MRR endpoint, so Ertori records MRR and subscription counts as a daily snapshot from the day you connect. Revenue and refunds are backfilled for 90 days.

Questions

Is it safe to hand over a full-access key?
It's the only kind Lemon Squeezy offers. Ertori sends GET requests only, encrypts the key with AES-256-GCM and deletes it, together with the pulled data, when you disconnect. Create a key just for Ertori so you can revoke it on its own.
I run three stores. Do they stay separate?
Yes. Each store becomes its own entry and can join a different project. A store whose URL matches a site's domain is grouped with that site automatically.
I'm moving from Lemon Squeezy to Stripe. Will both show?
Yes. Web payment sources add up on a project, so while old Lemon Squeezy subscriptions keep renewing, the product shows them and the new Stripe revenue together.
Can Claude see my store sales?
On Pro, your Claude can answer questions like how much each store made last month or how MRR has moved since you changed prices.
